For the last of The Armstrong international competition down (Reuters)

Paris (Reuters)-seven times Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong will make his final professional look of foreign soil at down under Tour the following year, organizers said.

"Lance Armstrong will participate in his last race for the Professional on international soil of 2011 Santos Tour down under in Adelaide," the organizers said on their website (www.tourdownunder.com.au).

This year the tour de France Armstrong, 39, says that he will participate professionally outside the United States.

23rd overall in its final Tour, he won the race from 1999-2005 Texan have been completed.

"This is an incredible opportunity for Cycling fans around the world of the main gear to Adelaide and is part of history as He competes in the course of his Farewell professional international soil," South Australia Premier Mike Rann said organizers website.

"He is a true hero of the sport and we are happy, he has chosen to compete again in South Australia and international Farewell here.

Armstrong said: "I am excited to compete in my last professional riding outside the United States in the Santos Tour down under.

"Will be my third time of the event, and I'm sure that I will enjoy, as I have the first two times.

Tour Down under implemented by Jan 16-23.
